Miqedem - Ashrei Ha'ish

Psalm 1:1-4

  Ashrei ha'ish asher lo halach ba'atzat resha'im
  (Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked)
  Uvederech chata'im lo amad
  (Who stands not in the pathway of sinners)
  Uvemoshav letzim lo yashav
  (And sits not in the seat of scoffers)
  
  Ki im betorat Adonai cheftzo
  (But delights in the Torah)
  Uvetorato yehege yomam valaila
  (And meditates on in day and night)
  Vehaya ke'etz shatul, vehaya ke'etz shatul al palgei mayim
  (And he’s like a tree planted by streams of water)
  
  Asher piryo yiten be'ito
  (Who gives its fruit when the time comes)
  Ve'alehu lo yibol
  (And its leaf doesn’t wither)
  Vechol asher ya'ase, vechol asher ya'ase yatzliach
  (And everything he does prospers)

  אַשְׁרֵי הָאִישׁ
  אֲשֶׁר לֹא הָלַךְ בַּעֲצַת רְשָׁעִים
וּבְדֶרֶךְ חַטָּאִים לֹא עָמָד 
וּבְמוֹשַׁב לֵצִים לֹא יָשָׁב

כִּי אִם בְּתוֹרַת יְהוָה חֶפְצוֹ 
וּבְתוֹרָתוֹ יֶהְגֶּה יוֹמָם וָלָיְלָה
וְהָיָה כְּעֵץ שָׁתוּל עַל פַּלְגֵי מָיִם 

אַשְׁרֵי הָאִישׁ
אֲשֶׁר לֹא הָלַךְ בַּעֲצַת רְשָׁעִים
וּבְדֶרֶךְ חַטָּאִים לֹא עָמָד 
וּבְמוֹשַׁב לֵצִים לֹא יָשָׁב

כִּי אִם בְּתוֹרַת יְהוָה חֶפְצוֹ 
וּבְתוֹרָתוֹ יֶהְגֶּה יוֹמָם וָלָיְלָה
וְהָיָה כְּעֵץ שָׁתוּל עַל פַּלְגֵי מָיִם 

אֲשֶׁר פִּרְיוֹ יִתֵּן בְּעִתּוֹ
וְעָלֵהוּ לֹא יִבּוֹל 
וְכֹל אֲשֶׁר יַעֲשֶׂה יַצְלִיחַ
